Tiny bit about us.......

Both Emily and I (Daniel) grew up in Payette County Idaho. We met and later married in New Plymouth Idaho. We have been blessed with 6 children. As of 2022 Our children range in ages from 20 to 4 years old. We lived in Parma Idaho for 15 years before moving to Sand Hollow (Caldwell) about 6 years ago. We love the area but its getting soooooo busy.......we finally took the leap and moved here to Weippe / Orofino. We miss our family and friends in the Treasure Valley but love our new home and are excited to be here. 

I started well drilling just before Y2K (2000) remember coming home all muddy and cold listening on the radio to how the world was gonna end. I think we started Nu Acre Drilling around 2006 or so. We started drilling with the old cable tool style drill rigs. After just a few wells we purchased the brown / tan rig that is in the picture on our business card. I loved that rig and was always fixing and babying it. But the old rig was a money pit and often broken down. One day on the way home the front tire blew out, the rig rolled completely destroying it. (thankfully nobody was hurt long term) After running the old cable tool drill rigs again we were able to purchase the white and green TH60 drill rig shown here on the website.
